OEM offers a complete line of hydraulic and pneumatic seals specializing in metric sizes. Materials used in these seals are polymoxymethylene, polyamide, polyethylene, polyurethane, nitrile butadiene rubber, fluoro-rubber monomer, silicone rubber, fluorosilicone rubber and ethylene-propylene-diene monomer. Our PTFE materials include virgin PTFE, and glass, carbon, graphite and bronze filled PTFE. We have the ability to work with unlimited compound combinations, such as Delrin and Hytrel. OEM's U-Ring styles are universal, rod, and piston. Lip styles can be straight or beveled. Designs are standard, filled or loaded. Anti extrusion and wear components can also be added.

These primary sealing components are also available in universal, rod or piston designs. All are for sealing in a single direction, Loaded or grooved types are standard. Anti-extrusion rings and wear rings are available in most sizes.

All double acting piston seals are designed to seal in dual directions. Most are multipart assemblies with either anti-extrusion or wear rings.

OEM's wipers are for either snap-in or pressed-in design requirements. Most popular materials are nitrile, fluorocarbon or polyurethane. Our standard cases are carbon steel; stainless steel cases are available as special orders.

Our energized series of seals and wipers fill the requirements of any application with unlimited sizes or styles. A broad range of material makes specifying or replacing any part easy.

OEM'S wear rings are available in made-to-size or cut-to-length strips. Widths up to 100mm (4.000 in.) can be supplied. A full range of materials, including injection molded material, can be used.
