The sales and customer service group at OEM works together to ensure that the customers’ needs are always at the forefront. Our sales force has the industry knowledge to help you overcome the most challenging problems. We will work with you from design to delivery. Our service extends beyond just supplying products. We have developed an extensive network of value-added services to help make you a success.

Order Management
Whatever the need, OEM can assist customers in implementing an effective order management solution. Working with our worldwide network of production facilities and suppliers, we can source and supply product to satisfy customer needs in the most efficient manner possible.

Customer Inquiries
Customer inquiries are handled in a prompt and efficient manner. Inquiries are entered into to our system within 24 hours of receipt. Under normal circumstances, we can respond to your standard product inquiry within 24 to 48 hours with pricing and availability.

Project Management
There are times when companies find the need of special assistance when they receive a large multi-item inquiry, spare parts identification request or some other request requiring additional efforts to complete.

OEM is committed to meeting these and other related needs through our Project Management service. We have amassed thousands of manufacturer’s part style interchanges. We have the technology and talent to identify sample parts. We can use customer part/equipment drawings and Bill of materials to help identify components.

Project management continues into the pricing and availability process and concludes with assistance in creating any required inventory management programs.
