Care should be taken during storage and handling of products to ensure it is not damaged before it needs to be used. The best practice is to use good judgment. Additionally, The Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) has generated a document which gives some general guidelines to follow when handling seals. Many of the guidelines also apply to general rubber product handling.
